Greenhorn Education works with a number of Education Providers across the world. Each provider has different entry requirements and a different training programme.  We will match the right provider to you and work with you along the way to ensure you are supported.

The route you take will depend on your personal circumstances, qualifications, and the subject and age group you want to teach.

Whichever age group and training route you choose, you will have extensive support from us, our previous candidates and your school  to guide you throughout your training.

Full details of the training programme will be provided by each Educational Establishment before interview.


General Application Process

Step 1: Upload your CV

Upload your CV to our database. We will start to find opportunities that match your unique skills and personality.

Step 2: Attend online interview

One of our agents will be in touch to arrange a short interview. In this interview, we can answer any questions you have.  We may ask you to complete a questionnaire prior to this.


Step 3: Invite to interview

We will start to send you schools and opportunities which we believe match your profile. Each school will have its own process. Most schools will screen your CV then invite you for an interview.

Step 4: Offer received

If the education establishment is satisfied with your interview you are likely receive a training contract/offer of employment. This contract is usually a reduced teachers salary but includes a full training programme, with a full teachers contract offered on successful completion of training. Greenhorn Education can negotiate the offer on your behalf.
